Workshop

This is a unique community initiative where families come together to share and support one another! Bring in your gently used or new toys, clothes, and supplies for children ages 0 to 18, and give them a second chance at bringing joy to another family. For just $20, you can either purchase a tote bag and stuff it full of any items you need from the selection available or 2 larger items (i.e. car seat, stroller, crib, etc.). This is a wonderful way to find affordable items for your children while promoting sustainability and reducing waste. Join us for a festive day of giving, receiving, and building community connections!

For Vendors

This event is designed to bring our community together for a day of fun, giving, and support. We are looking for vendors who want to connect with families and showcase their products and services to a broad and engaged audience. As a vendor, you'll have the chance to increase your visibility, grow your customer base, and align your brand with a cause that promotes family support and sustainability. We are excited to offer three levels of sponsorship for the 9th annual Birth & Babies Family Fair each designed to provide unique benefits and visibility for your business. By sponsoring this event, presented by The Birthing Circle of Frederick, a non-profit dedicated to supporting families from birth through graduation, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your commitment to our community while reaching a wide audience of engaged families. Our sponsorship levels include:

  1. Community Supporter ($500): Placement of your logo on all event materials, social media mentions, and a dedicated booth space at the event.

  2. Community Partner ($1000): Co-Sponsorship of 2nd Chance Santa Event, placement of your logo on all event materials, social media mentions, and a dedicated booth space in the location of your choosing.

  3. Community Provider ($1500): Co-Sponsorship of Family Fun Day! Premier placement of your logo on all event materials, social media mentions, and a 10x20 booth space in a prime location.
