Join us for a comprehensive, one-day class designed for pregnant individuals and their support person. You'll learn practical coping strategies and comfort techniques to navigate pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period with confidence.
Class Features
● Comprehensive Learning – Covers both physical and emotional aspects of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum
● Interactive & Hands-On – Includes digital resources, guided exercises, and in-class practice
● Continued Support – Ongoing access to The Birthing Circle community and postpartum meetings
● Follow-Up Resources – Forms, links, and continued education beyond the class
This course is designed to empower you with the tools and confidence needed for a positive and informed birth experience, no matter your birth plan or setting. Class Includes expectant person and one support person. Class fee is $250. FSA and HSA cards accepted, Superbill can be provided to submit for insurance reimbursement. The Birthing Circle is a 501c3, please speak with your tax advisor regarding tax deduction options.
